Here is the subpoena issued by the House Committee on the Judiciary that was being served upon U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales today. It was signed by Rep. John Conyers (Dem. - Mich.), the Committee’s Chair.
The documents being subpoenaed are due at the Committee’s office by 2:00 p.m. EST on Monday, April 16, 2007, one day before Gonzales is due to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
